Michigan has built a reputation for developing offensive linemen, and they’re looking to add elite talent like 2026 five-star Immanuel Iheanacho from Rockville, Maryland. Ranked fourth in the 2026 class by the 247Sports composite, Iheanacho received an offer from Michigan this spring and has offers from numerous schools ahead of his junior high school season.

In an interview with EJ Holland of The Wolverine, Iheanacho expressed his excitement about the offer and the interest Michigan has shown in him, especially given their recent national championship win. Offensive line coach Grant Newsome has been building a good relationship with Iheanacho, who appreciates Newsome’s background as a Michigan alum and national champion.

Iheanacho plans to visit Ann Arbor eventually, noting his interest in seeing the stadium, the campus, and some local food spots.

Leo Delaney, a 2026 four-star offensive lineman from North Carolina, is visiting Ann Arbor for the first time this weekend for the BBQ. Ranked just outside the top-70 in his class by the 247Sports composite, Delaney has offers from over two dozen schools, including Michigan. He’s looking forward to seeing former high school teammates Jadyn Davis and Channing Goodwin at Michigan.

Delaney is aware of Michigan’s strong track record in developing offensive linemen, citing their recent successes at the NFL Combine and their multiple Joe Moore Awards. He believes Michigan could significantly aid his development.

Both Iheanacho and Delaney are top targets in the 2026 class, and their recruitment will be closely monitored.

Mullins, from Greenfield, Indiana, is rated just outside the top-70 in his class by the 247Sports composite. His shooting ability, athleticism around the rim, and tenacity on the offensive glass make him an attractive prospect for Michigan.

The Wolverines will continue to track Mullins and other players in the talented 2025 recruiting class.
