Four-star defensive back Jacob Bradford, a Class of 2025 recruit, announced his commitment to LSU football on Saturday. Ranked as the No. 34 cornerback and No. 394 player nationally by the 247Sports Composite, Bradford plays at Catholic High in Baton Rouge and is the 12th-ranked player in Louisiana. Standing at 5-foot-11.5 and 190 pounds, Bradford had been committed to Houston before withdrawing his pledge on Thursday. He received offers from schools like Texas Tech, Arizona State, and Georgia Tech.
Bradford is the sixth defensive back to commit to LSU’s 2025 class, which also includes top recruits such as five-star cornerback DJ Pickett and several four-star defensive backs. Additionally, Bradford is the 11th Louisiana native to join LSU’s 2025 class. With his commitment, LSU now boasts the No. 4 recruiting class in the nation, featuring 18 four-star recruits, three five-stars, and seven players ranked in the top 100.
