During his weekly segment on WGR550, Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced that fullback Reggie Gilliam will miss Sunday’s game against the Dolphins due to a hip injury.
Wide receivers Amari Cooper (wrist) and Curtis Samuel (pectoral), as well as cornerback Christian Benford (wrist) and linebacker Terrel Bernard, have been limited in practice this week. The team is monitoring their progress day-by-day.
“We’ll just have to see with those guys,” McDermott commented.
Cooper, Samuel, and Benford are expected to be listed as questionable for Week 9, while McDermott feels confident that Bernard “should be good to go” for Sunday. Additionally, McDermott confirmed that linebacker Von Miller will return to play against the Dolphins following his four-game suspension.
The Bills full injury report will be updated after Friday’s practice.
