BREAKING….Georgia Football Star Safety Accepts Prestigious Senior Bowl Invitation

Georgia Bulldogs standout safety Dan Jackson has accepted an invitation to play in the 2025 Senior Bowl, joining six other Georgia players — the second-most from any college football program, behind Oregon. The game is scheduled for February 1, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. ET in Mobile, Alabama.

Hailing from Gainesville, Georgia, Jackson began his career at Georgia as a walk-on in 2019. After exhausting his eligibility, he is now declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft.

Previously a special teams and reserve player, Jackson emerged as a key defensive starter this season. Known for his reliable tackling, turnover-forcing ability, and hard-hitting style, Jackson significantly bolstered Georgia’s defense. His journey from walk-on to NFL prospect highlights Georgia’s exceptional player development.

In the 2024 season, Jackson recorded 64 tackles and forced three turnovers, contributing to the Bulldogs’ success as a two-time national champion.

The Senior Bowl, a highly anticipated predraft event, attracts numerous NFL scouts and executives, offering players like Jackson a valuable opportunity to showcase their skills.
