Elbert Hill received an offer from Alabama football on Saturday after participating in a camp under the guidance of the Crimson Tide’s coaching staff.
Hill hails from Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron, Ohio, and is widely regarded as a four-star recruit for the class of 2026. With more than 25 offers, he has garnered interest from top programs like Michigan and Ohio State.

The Ohio native expressed his gratitude for the Alabama offer.
“This offer means a lot to me and shows me what I’m capable of, and I can compete on the next level,” Hill told Touchdown Alabama. “It’s a great program, one of the top programs in the SEC and they produced a lot of great cornerbacks.”
During his visit, Hill met Alabama’s head coach, Kalen DeBoer.

“It was great just meeting the new head coach at Alabama and starting a relationship with him,” Hill said.
Last season, the 5-foot-10, 170-pound athlete made a significant impact with seven interceptions, including two returned for touchdowns, and 10 pass breakups. He also excelled as a returner on special teams.
