“O’Neal only threw on Saturday but showed excellent skills. He has had an outstanding off-season and is now one of the top quarterbacks in the 2026 class. His throwing technique is among the best nationwide, and he has one of the strongest arms. Though primarily a pocket passer, he has improved his mobility and ability to throw on the run, becoming more athletic overall. With his strong frame and continuous development, he’s poised to be one of the top quarterbacks in his class.”

O’Neal is currently ranked No. 91 nationally in the Top247 and is the No. 6 quarterback overall. He has been busy visiting colleges this spring, including trips to Texas and Colorado. Upcoming visits include Florida State, Miami, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan, Auburn, and Oregon.
