The Dallas Cowboys are banking on Linval Joseph still having some fuel in the tank. They’ve signed him to a one-year contract with $2.5 million guaranteed, and the deal could reach a value of up to $4 million, according to NFL Media.

Linval Joseph, 35, has spent 14 seasons in the NFL and earned Pro Bowl honors in 2016 and 2017 with the Minnesota Vikings. Last season, he appeared in seven games for the Buffalo Bills, recording 12 tackles and one sack.
At 6-foot-4 and nearly 330 pounds, Joseph’s size highlights the Cowboys’ focus on bolstering their defensive line. They recently acquired Jordan Phillips, who stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 340 pounds, in a trade with the Giants. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones had stated that the team was looking to add more nose tackles, and these moves confirm that intent.
