UNC Football program extends offer to five-star in-state product

Mack Brown and the UNC football program are actively seeking talented in-state players to join their team in Chapel Hill. Their latest target is Zavion Griffin-Haynes, a standout from Rolesville, North Carolina, who recently announced receiving an offer from the Tar Heels. Griffin-Haynes, ranked as a four-star prospect by 247Sports, is attracting attention from various other schools, including NC State, Penn State, Miami, and more.

UNC’s focus on recruiting in-state talent is evident, especially in their pursuit of defensive players. They have extended offers to 12 defensive linemen or edge rushers, with three of the four edge rushers being North Carolina natives.
